Add support for JsonFeed #165

Json Feed is a new format that aims at replacing XML with JSON for news feed. They have already a Wordpress plugin and NewsBlur already supports it.

I am not sure whether this should implemented in picoFeed or by using another library along with picoFeed (cc @fguillot).

This is a research/discussion thread to understand if adding support for JsonFeed is worth the effort or not.
