No Option to Edit Tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I created a tag "pwned", now I would like to rename it to something else, such as "qwerty". But there is no such option to rename or delete it directly. By the way, bulk editing tags is also helpful. #398

• Options to edit/rename/delete tags.
• Bulk editing tags of passwords

to edit the tags you need to edit the credential

I guess a batch rename of tags could make sense, bout would be a lil bit complicated to implement
