[Bug]: Cannot rename a file after moving it via "Recent"

Bug description

If you move a file from the files/recent interface, you cannot subsequently rename that file without reloading the page first. Presumably it's attempting the rename operation on the old file location.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Files/Recent
Move a file by selecting the 3 dot menu for that file - move operation completes successfully
Rename the same file by selecting the 3 dot menu for that file
Thumbnail preview of the file changes to grey page with a spinner (screenshot below) and remains indefinitely - rename operation fails.

Expected behavior

Ability to rename a file after moving it, without having to navigate to a different page.
