Add SU2 Mesh Export #99

Currently, there is no open-source toolchain beyond Gmsh that can generate a SU2 mesh. Additionally, there is no conversion tool to convert between an Openfoam/SnappyHexMesh and S2 Mesh. This would be an incredibly helpful tool for SU2 users, and also for current Openfoam users who would like to compare results with a different solver.

Hello @samc99us . This is Donggyu from NEXTFOAM. Thank you for your suggestion. But we don't have the plan for converting tools for SU2 now. I know that there are lots of SU2 users. But in current status, we're focusing for OpenFOAM, BARAM and the usres of them.
