The "Search QMS" Panel includes a prominent advertisement "Fresh geodata for your project" for paid OSM data extracts from Nextgis.
QGIS plugins should not come with advertisements. Please remove it.
If you absolutely must include an advertisement then the About dialog of QMS would be an appropriate place.
