OSM street names disappear in layout manager export to pdf or png #191

Hi everyone I am using qgis 3.6.1 and a OSM standard background map via quickmap services. When I bring the final scale into layout manager I notice how it is responsive which is great, but when I go to export the map at the scale I have chosen I lose the street names that I see in the layout :/

i am not sure if the issue has to be adressed from the GIS client site or the mapserver site but i agree, we really need a solution for that
