Fix linting before release

[avani-bhojwani]

• changed fastp version to be in sync with the subworkflow
• ignored ribo_database_manifest param
• bump version
• add strandedness param for rnaspades (--ss)
• remove --genome from usage docs as it's not needed in this pipeline
