start table based on template, with unit building blocks
fill cells -> no unit encoded

In general it would be nice if the values would be included. E.g. the "Plant Growth Conditions" template. Here the "Protocol Type" is already preset to "Plant Growth Protocol", but this does not make its way into the annotation table.
