Extra "#endif$_GENETIC" in BMBF template #80

Hi,

Describe the bug The template "BMBF Deutsch" has an extra #endif$_GENETIC at the end of the block Genetische Daten werden durch ....

To Reproduce Happens with default values on https://dmpg.nfdi4plants.org/ and BMBF Template, independent of setting of Genetische Daten, the text block is present, so looks like a missing opening #endif$_GENETIC.

Switching to BMEL template things look fine

Expected behavior No #endif in final DMP ;-)
