adding identifier for a package doesn't get saved #618

I put an identifier in the 'Resource URI' text box control in the editor (after selecting a resource and clicking the 'Manage' button), save the update, and the URI doesn't show up in the search results or in the ISO metadata dump. Is the Resource URI field in the editor wired correctly?

in the metadata (ISO XML) there is a datasetURI, but it doesn't show up in the UI when you click on 'manage'.
