Import Cashu Token in v1 and v2 format #76

At the moment only the current format v3 is supported, but for backwards compatability it would be good to have support for importing deprecated cashu Token v1 and v2 formats as described here https://github.com/cashubtc/nuts/blob/main/00.md

Exporting of old formats is not required.
