[EAPFeedback] Use publishedDataId to be consistent with TSM #41

What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Update and make sure we use publishedDataId (or similarly Published Data Id) at all places to match TSM.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

It's more professional to use consistent names at different places.

What testing has been done?

Pre passes.
