What does this Pull Request accomplish?

For Continuity Test:

Change forcing 0V on supply pins and continuity pins from in parallel to sequentially to avoid race condition on accessing channels when there is overlap
Correct to not use current level (very small) as current limit when forcing 0V on continuity pins
Cache voltage limit range before FIMV and restore after to avoid error when forcing back to 0V right after FIMV

For Leakage Test:

Configure measure settings before forcing to avoid abort and re-initiate between force and measure
Restore source delay after measure to avoid abort between force and measure

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

The 2 steps would run into errors without these fixes.

What testing has been done?

Manual sequence run.
