Improve the Admin section by adding dropdowns to search the database based on field values. E.g. All accommodation pledges, all live accommodation pledges, all expired accommodation pledges not taken up. Etc. Simple link to download search results in Excel format. Add the following fields which should be editable by the Red Cross through the Admin Section: Red Cross Active: Active, Temporarily Inactive, Permanently Inactive Red Cross Status: Not started, Ongoing, Complete Red Cross Progression: Ready to Progress, Progressing, On Hold Red Cross Taken up: Not yet taken up, Ready to take up, Scheduled

Red Cross Flagged Issues: Accommodation: Rural with no access to public transport Accommodation: Rural with limited access to public transport Accommodation: Size or quality of accommodation Accommodation: suitable for people of limited mobility Accommodation: Time limitations on offer Accommodation: Other Skills and Time: Language Skills and Time: Not accredited Skills and Time: Time limitation on offer Skills and Time: Other Goods and gifts: Cannot keep on site Goods and gifts: Time constraints Goods and gifts: Other

Hi Anton

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. The requirement is for a single additional dropdown text field called 'Red Cross Flagged Issues', and the 13 items listed above as entries.

The Red Cross volunteers follow up on all pledges and sometimes have to flag them as having issues. That is the purpose of this new field. It would be sufficient for them to be able to log in as Admins, and select any of the 13 values from the Flagged Issues field.

I have good availability this weekend if you were free to catch up, in person or Skype both work for me!

that Beds available per room seems a bit messy UI wise. its doable but We could sum them all to the current single beds available field? the number of bedrooms is already added. will stick the latest changes up to the amazon instance later. Theres quite a few.
