I was able to reproduce the issue 3 + times.

I am both using Windows 7 premium, ultimate and Windows 8.1 Pro

Dell Inspiron n5110, 2 generation i5, 6 GB of memory, 500 GB Hard Drive, 
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
