What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up the external system to use the example VISR shader.
2. Launch the game.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect VISR, I get nothing!
The masking logic to get the shader model flag bits from the shader annotations
is incorrect in the runtime.
