Halo1_Installer fails to build Debug configs due to XLive crashing the linker (IncrBuildImage) #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Halo1_Installer, select Debug
2. Build the installer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No linker errors. Linker crashes on XLive.

By default, Debug builds are incrementally linked

"Fixed" in revision 66ae31ba0869d84b3906502303be16024c3a1da4

IF you encounter this error, install the following hotfix: 
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948127

NOTE: DON'T install the hotfix if you don't get the error
