Crash on start while running MSI OSD Server #50

When i started Halo, it crashed and Windows gave an error message.
I was running MSI On-screen Display server v4.33 and MSI Afterburner v2.2.1.
My graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 4870.

Going to assume this is fixed by revision 830474666259 as we don't use d3d9.dll 
anymore. Let us know if this still happens after the next official release.
