Navbar, permanent drawer, naming conventions, bottom nav for non-auth users

adjusted naming conventions for navbar components
adjusted color of menu drawer and items within it
added conditional rendering for permanent drawer and temp drawers (mobile vs desktop), and removed conditional rendering for bottom nav. Bottom nav now shows regardless of auth status
consolidated main navbar components to make for easier styling and debugging

ToDo: Md view is not rendering content from outlet evenly; new perm drawer is covering parts of the explore page for example.
