Added classes which will allow players to win the game when all the animals have been collected.

Tracks one area / species of animals.
Tells Enclosure Manager when it becomes empty / full.

Tracks multiple enclosures.
When server detects all enclosures are full, server can do something i.e. teleport players / show screen.
