Add onboarding component for easily configuring MyMICDS class aliases #24

MyMICDS links Canvas and Portal classes together via a system called "aliases." For Canvas right now, we can only derive obscure class IDs such as "EN522" and "FAM400," so the configuration of these aliases is crucial to transforming them into human-readable names such as "Literature of Conflict" or "Choir."

Not an interface, for creating interfaces, but I've created a component that tells the user to insert their Canvas/Portal URLs in https://github.com/nickbclifford/wwt-stem-hackathon-2019/pull/30
