feat: add delay for voicemal to config,yaml #26

Add a delay in the config.yaml file. So when the phone is picked up the voicemail doesnt start before you have the earphone on your ear.

(you should be able to just copy the src files over to your rpi, setup the new config.yaml, and restart the audioGuestBook service)
