Add folder tag example and doc #98

Closes #97

The edits should be checked as I can currently not verify the Man file edit.

The man page already says:

Mail fetched using the IMAP protocol is tagged with a folder tag containing the source folder name.

So I didn't add your changes there, but I have applied your MANUAL change and example. Thanks!
