Teo is a next generation HTTP framework with builtin ORM and schema language.

Teo does not seem to be widely used, and thus I'm afraid it does not meet the criteria for being included on blessed.rs. If you are looking to drum up interest for your project then I would suggest posting on /r/rust on reddit.
