Issue with subtitles decoding #1

Hi Nic ! Nice to see your projects !

About the issue you mentioned last wednesday about subs. Can you post some direct links or snippets with subtitles plz?

Hi Max! You can see the transcripts I scrape at the following url: https://www.ted.com/talks/christopher_soghoian_your_smartphone_is_a_civil_rights_issue/transcript

Then, you can watch the video at the right time adding #t-x, eg: https://www.ted.com/talks/christopher_soghoian_your_smartphone_is_a_civil_rights_issue#t-41676

Scraping the first url above, I can have all the transcript pieces with the right t-x var. The problem is I can embed a video on the landing page with this time var in order to play the video at the right time.
