Improved map resolution and quality #67

As the game now has an increased resolution the map also deserves such an improvement. Currently you have to pan the map to see all of it which is unnecessary.

Buildings should appear as white dots on the map, currently it is difficult to tell buildings and paths apart.

Each players map configuration should be saved in the save game file.

I am currently working on the map window. There are some more errors with the map.

I also thought about storing the map config to the savegame but I am not sure about it yet.

The display of the buildings is fixed in latest snapshot. I reworked the whole map window to match the original game.
