Allow to Schedule Off after some Time On

Proposal

To be able to create a schedule that would turn a device OFF if it has been on for a certain period of time - i.e. Turn Off the Fan If On for 60 minutes.

Additional info

This should be useful to turn off devices that have unintentionally been left on (or turn on devices that should not be left off etc). Obviously this can be achieved by automation, but it would be great to have the ability in the user friendly Scheduler Card structure.
