Add etk as an extention of 20.3.0.9 and add NiExtraTextKeyExtraData #109

This file type is used by the animation system in LEGO universe to do things such as audio events, audio meta events, fx, scaling, and skill casting based on the animation cycles. Here is an example file: bm_m_strafe-right.zip

Here is a test file from LEGO Universe that is located on my server since GH won't let me upload it directly

Github only allows specific file types. Luckily, including zip, so I've added it directly to the main post.
