[Suggestion] BTTV Mobile App #4369

I think it would be pretty cool to have a BTTV mobile app where you could watch Twitch streams within the app and see emotes in chat. Another cool part could be a an emote feature where you could use emotes outside of the app as well. Basically something like Bitmoji, but Twitch emotes from BTTV instead.

Last cool feature could be the BTTV dashboard where users could manage their emotes and such.

Just some suggestions, may never happen, but figured I would suggest them. :)
