Nightguard watch app not working after iOS update #170

Hello, forgive me if various iterations of this question have been asked over the years, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere. I just updated my iphone 12 pro to iOS 15.0.2 and apple watch to OS 8.0.1 and now the nightguard app isn't loading data on my watch. I deleted and re-installed the watch app and also did a hard reset to both my phone and watch, but the problem persists. Can anyone assist?

Edit: I re-installed the Nightguard app on my iphone and it seemed to fix the problem on my watch. Everything appears to be working.
