Removing h1 from page component #237

This removes the h1 and container elements from the page wrapper. This allows multiple containers on a page, enabling heroes and other components to function.

Slightly more top padding (can't use margin because of the now blue background) at the top of the page to match the row approach on the homepage which has mt-5. Can be tweaked when we standardise.
