What version of the product are you using? 
SmartGWT 2.4 (and SmartGWT 2.5 Nightly builds 2011-02-23)

Please provide any additional information below.
Within my project I check all the resources needed by client, and 
header_menu_Disabled.png it is not available in all skins folders, also within 
latest jars I could not find header_menu_Disabled.png.

This is not an urgent problem but I just wanted to report it.

Same here with latest nightly of 2011-09-15.

Under some circumstances it tries to load it and I see a 404 in Firebug.

Cache cleared in browser before and clean compile in project.

The file is also not in the smartgwt.jar.
