Prepare for v2.0-RC1 #271

This consolidates a few things to prepare for the RC release.

I still want to cover a few more things:

[x] Extract interface out of RouteCollector
[x] Annotate classes that shouldn't be extended with @final (they will be marked as final on v3)
[ ] Improve documentation (examples, provide upgrade guide, etc)
[x] Extra parameters (#269)
[ ] Route generation (#270)
