What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play either of these maps on Confogl 2.2.1
2. Hit the game in 4, start the run for the event or start the finale in 5
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Common infected.  No common infected.

This needs to be fixed for 2.2.2.

Rare, we think it may have been an l4dready issue. Their code is kind of scary.

L4DReady no longer touches cvars it doesn't need to.
