Player list feature

When players with non ascii names join it is hard to kick them as the admin 
doesn't know how to type the name. This is important to make room for invited 
players or to allow the tank to spawn.  A console command to list the players 
on the server (ideally numbered) along with the ability to kick based on the 
slot number (similar to the punkbuster system) would be ideal and is perhaps 
not too hard to implement.

This is already in the game in multiple ways...

If you have sm admin, you can open the admin menu and kick using a menu.

If you type "status" into console, you get a list of connected clients, their 
steamids, and unique ids you can use to either callvote kick them, rcon kick 
them, or sm_kick them.
