Different tank spawns on The Parish 2 #91

So I just played a match on the parish and on tp2 the teams had different tank 
spawns. For the first team the tank spawned when the survivors were at the 
first ammo/weapon table during the alarm event. For the second team the tank 
spawned when the survivors was in the CEDA viechle so they never even had to 
start the event to trigger the tank, and they could run back to the park wich 
obviously is a great advantage. 

AFAIK confogl is supposed to force the exact same tank spawns and that did not 
happen this time, and the result was a very unfair round. I'd be happy to 
provide any relevant log info if needed, but I'm not sure wich file and lines 
to look for?

Running Confogl 2.2.0 ESL on a linux server. The confogl install is fine as for 
as I can tell, I'm not experiencing any other issues and have been running it 
for awhile.

If you have confogl_debug 1, the Sourcemod logs would be useful.  It is 
possible for there to be tiny variations in where the survivors trigger the 
tank (as in <1m difference) but that variation is obviously outside that range. 
 The only time I have ever seen that with Confogl is when we had too many 
spectators and the game wasn't able to add a new client for the tank (we were 
20/18 without using L4DToolz).

Quite possible it is a bug on Valve's end but for now the only option is to 
turn on your logging and upload them if it every happens again.
