sensor_type_id error with data loaded from local source #9

I uploaded GPS telemetry data to MoveApps from my local system and have been successfully running various apps with the data.

However, when I added the Track Summary Statistics_move2 app, I got the following error:

Error in [<-: ! unique(sp_data$sensor_type_id) must be a vector, a bare list, a data frame or a matrix.

Assuming it needs to know which type of sensor the data are from, I added a field named "sensor_type_id" with a value of 653 (for GPS data) to the dataset, but I still get the same error.

Anyone know of a fix to be able to use the Track Summary Statistics_move2 app? I don't yet have permission to upload the data to MoveBank, so that's currently not an option.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, Thanks for the error report. I'll take a look and get back to you. Do you have multiple sensor types in your data or only GPS?

Only GPS, thank you.

Unfortunately, I work for a state agency that hasn't given me permission to load my data into MoveBank yet, maybe that's the simplest solution.
