Add more helpful output to terminal #7

Once generate mapping is run, maybe print a summary? "Primary scans mapped for XX subjects" "Could not find primary T1w for XX subjects"

Or something more eloquent

I like the model of VisualQC as an example in this case. It said what it was doing and when it was doing it. This way any long processes are at least explained by the logging or the stdout/stderr.
