if you click on a transaction request link and get redirected to the safe, you have no way of knowing when consensus is established. example is using paynimbot on telegram. you have to wait and ocasionally click the “send” button which is not ideal
A side effect of #129 is that there is now no feedback about consensus state in the send-tx modal anymore. Only feedback is after clicking the send button.
I marked this as a bug, because it's a regression.
