update demo scenarios with automatic tools integration and notification system #58

In this commit, I have changed the update_tools to use the automatic tool integration from Nghi's implementation. I also make use of Nghi's notification system, but I'm not sure about its stability. Also, currently the condition is checked with a fixed interval and number of times.
