Shift + does a zoom out first #1169

This seems unintuitive.

The Shift + "+" zoom in shortcut only starts to happen after the first one. The first time you use the shortcut it zooms out.

This is a bug but only appears if you start in either 1:1 or 'fit to window' mode.
