Support CIFTI outputs? #23

I'm not sure if we want to support CIFTI outputs or not. If so, should fMRIPost-AROMA project the volumetric data to CIFTI or just denoise preprocessed CIFTI files?

I'm leaning toward denoising the CIFTIs from fMRIPrep.
