What it does?

At the end of a highlight, the user should be prompted to enter their final thoughts and feedback before marking the task as complete.

Why is it important?

Capturing final feedback after completing a highlight is important because it allows users to reflect on their experience and document insights that could be valuable for future tasks. This feedback can include lessons learned, challenges faced, or suggestions for improvement. Over time, these reflections can help users enhance their workflow, identify recurring issues, and build a repository of knowledge that can inform future planning and execution.

How it works?

  1. Completion Prompt: When the user clicks the "Complete" button on a highlight, a prompt should appear asking them to provide final feedback. This prompt can include a text field or form where users can enter their thoughts.
  2. Feedback Form: The feedback form should be simple and intuitive, allowing users to quickly jot down their reflections. It might include sections for overall satisfaction, challenges faced, or suggestions for future improvements.
  3. Optional Submission: While feedback is encouraged, it should be optional, allowing users who prefer not to provide feedback to skip this step and complete the highlight directly.
  4. Feedback Storage: Once submitted, the feedback should be stored alongside the highlight’s time logs and other relevant data. This ensures that all information related to the task is easily accessible for future reference.
