Conveyance - operational part is missing

The conveyance feature right now is only a field were to add property information. 90% of the features are missing. There is no part where to fill out the transmitter, the receiver of the property, type of operation, financials, calculations of increase of capital.

Please find attached an example of how we procure the conveyance right now, through an excell. You can see the first page is the property information, seller, buyer, information on the event 'purchase' information on the event 'sale' , calculations and after sale procurement.
