Hi- Ive been given this link as Ive asked for help with an app Im developing. Its pretty much finished, but i need it to trigger when a particular number is dialled. Ive seen other apps that have this functionality, but have been told that it doesn't yet exist within AI. Not sure how quickly you can address this, or even if you will, but if posdible, can you contact me at shineyman@gmail.com when this function becomes available? Many thanks. #2131

This form is only for reporting bugs in App Inventor. Do not use it for
reporting problems with connecting to the phone or opening the Blocks
Editor, getting help with programming, and so on. Use the forums for that.

For bugs:
Use this space to describe the issue in detail. Be sure to include:
- Steps to reproduce the problem.
- What happened. (Don't just say: "It didn't work.")

Set the Summary to a descriptive phrase, such as "Phone Call component
drops leading zeroes from numbers", not "App Inventor bug".

Attach any material you think would be relevant to diagnosing the problem,
such as:
- The source of your app: use "download to computer" to get the source zip
file
- A screen shot

Don't forget to mention which device you have, and which version of Android
is installed on it. (Find it under Home > Menu > Settings > About
phone.) Please also tell us what Operating System your computer is running
and what browser you were using to access App Inventor.
Also say which version of AppInventor you are running (at bottom right of
the designer window).

Hi shineyman,

Please edit your post according the guideline.
Can you give me a detail description on what your app do? When you said, "
trigger when a particular number is dialled", do you mean the user will dial
from the phone pad in android, or you have the interface within your app?

Regards,

Wei
