Unable to see sent SMS with Texting

Texting works perfectly to send SMS, but then they are neither in the default 
SMS app, nor in Chomp SMS.

Simply set up the texting module, and send a SMS. It won't appear in my sent 
sms. 
Basically it's like I can't see any SMS send from AI.

But I got the same problem with both my phone, and a friends phone running 
cyanogenmod.

me too got similar problem, sent SMS wont anywhere. Nor i get any delivered 
notification.

If you are using the Texting component, the messages sent will not appear in 
your sent messages (only the messages that you sent from your SMS app will). 
You can add functionality to your app to have the messages you sent saved with 
TinyDB for instance.

Is this a feature request? I don't understand why this is a bug.
