No graphics. It will need to be made from scratch.

I think I might be able to do this myself. I believe I can create the wind indicator with all the objects in Microsoft Visio. What format does the wind indicator need to be for you to incorporate into SSR? If I can figure out how to do this, I could more 2D creation of gauges, controls, etc.
