Drop unused niv dependency
Update to a recent nixos-unstable revision.

Last time I tried updating dependencies, it did not really work https://github.com/nix-community/napalm/pull/51. Not sure why CI does not run.

Indeed, I hoped I could avoid the failures by not updating the example projects, but it also happens with just updating nixpkgs. Maybe the new npm/nodejs versions are at fault? What's weird is that I have no trouble using more recent nixpkgs versions in downstream usage of napalm…
