NixOS seems to have more problems than it's worth. Most notably: https://ianthehenry.com/posts/how-to-learn-nix/ambiguous-packages. The process of having to wrap everything in another language does have some value, but is also quite cumbersome. It would be nice if NixOS had a way to parse more things. Anyway...

If this is ever resolved (don't hold your breath) perhaps I'll reevaluate this migration.
