Support for other languages #132

The aim here is to localize SrvSurvey, with translations into other languages.

I will need to explore if/how machine translations could be used, otherwise I will need volunteers to manually translate 100s of English strings into other languages.

@Imotheb - I'll have many questions over time, it's probably worth switching over to Discord, but first ...

Do the Odyssey localized bio signals follow the same naming convention and ordering as English? Meaning <genus name> <species name> - <colour>? Eg: Stratum Tectonicas - Red

Same question for legacy, is the localized ordering the same as Roseum Brain Tree or Prasinum Bioluminescent Anemone ?

The last Picture say´s "System Befragung" i would prefer in german "System Abfrage".

Yes it says ´Stratum Tectonicas - RottheRoseum Brain Tree` = Roseum Hirnbaum
